Michael David Ricks

Michael David Ricks was appointed as our independent director with effect from the listing date. Currently, Mr. Ricks is the managing partner of PacificPine Group Inc., the co-founder, chief financial officer and head of business strategy of EdgeNectar, Inc., and an independent director of Geely Holding and iconectiv LLC. He previously was the managing director of MX Capital Partners Ltd. and the chief executive officer of Investor Growth Capital Asia Ltd. Mr. Ricks obtained the degree of master of business administration from University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2000.
